Warm Gloves

I love to check in and out of these forums for inspiration. I need a new pair of gloves but not sure what to go for. I want a pair that, now winter is truly here, will keep you warm, stay waterproof but also have good grip. I was looking at Berghaus Spectrum Black Gloves ...

Does anyone have any good recommendations? Would appreciate being pointed in the right direction!

I've always liked Keela's kit and their Extreme gloves have been getting some good reviews. I haven't tried them, but have been considering getting a pair for myself.
