Autumn Walks with Puppy

Hi Everyone,

I've been using the site and purchasing walks for a while but never posted.

My whole family (wife and 3 children) visit every other year and my middle child, Nicholas, and I every year sometimes twice.

Previously Nicholas and I done; Silver How, Catbells, Scafell Pike, Helvellyn, Haystacks, Fairfield Horsehoe, Loughrigg Fell, Latrigg, etc. and the family did the smaller ones with us.

However, we have a new puppy who will be around 16 weeks when we visit the Lakes again at the end of October and I would like some recommendations for puppy friendly walks and the odd longer walk for Autumn without the dog for my boys and I. The wife loves the colours in autumn so I'm guessing some forest walks would be good, but not sure how far I can take Endor, the new puppy named after the moon in Return of the Jedi.

Was looking at a walk around Buttermere for a longer one with the puppy and probably Tarn Hows which we already know.

Any others you can recommend?

Thanks

Lee Butler
