A posting on the rhb mailing list in September 2012 noted that there is now an access road for the Kelburn wind "farm". This starts near a blue-sign parking place at NS240576, very close to the col that defines the hill's drop (185m). The access road then gets to "about 20 minutes from the summit".

The posting also noted the alternative route from the west via the altogether more scenic Fairlie Glen, followed by a lot of tussock and bog.

If you've walked up this hill already why not log on or register and record your walk?
