This holiday property is unique and is situated in the secluded hamlet of Farr one mile from the village of Kincraig. It occupies an elevated position with views over Loch Insh on one side and the majestic Cairngorms on the other. There are large windows to the property to take advantage of the stunning views and the wildlife that can be enjoyed from the house. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room providing comfortable and luxurious accommodation for up to eight people. The spacious sitting room is warm and inviting with an open fire and large windows. The well equipped kitchen has a small breakfast area and there is a separate dining room. Outside is a mature garden with furniture, a perfect location for taking in the spectacular views. This property is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV, 1 x twin, 1 x family room with TV and DVD 2 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin & WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC. Well-equipped kitchen with small breakfast area. Dining room. Large sitting room with double sofa bed, open fire & large windows with loch views. Hot tub. Note: Third bedroom is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 4 children, additional sofa bed available in sitting room. Note: Property is on a hill & can be accessed at ground floor level, with a ramped path suitable for wheelchairs, or via steps at bottom of hill.
