This attractive, detached brick-built cottage is located just ten minutes walk from the heart of Ludlow town centre. The property has been completely renovated to provide high-quality, contemporary accommodation ideal for a family holiday or a trip with friends. The property is composed of three bedrooms, a stylish kitchen and a comfortable sitting room whilst outdoors guests can enjoy sunbathing on the enclosed patio. Able to sleep up to five people, this excellent holiday home is situated within easy walking distance of all Ludlow's shops and amenities, and the city itself is in a prime location for easy access to the various activities on offer throughout the region.

Three bedrooms: 1 x kingsize double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with oak worktops and dining area. Sitting room with ornamental fireplace.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large patio garden to side elevation with garden furniture and BBQ. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Medieval town centre and castle 10 mins walk. Note: The property is set on the road into Ludlow and, as such, there may be some traffic noise during busy periods.
