Lavender Cottage is a charming stone-built detached barn conversion in a development of similar properties, situated on a 30 acre smallholding close to the village of Caeathro on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage occupies an eye-catching courtyard location and offers high quality, well-equipped open plan living accommodation on one floor including a handmade pine kitchen, spacious sitting area with a single sofa bed, which is suitable for a child up to 13 years old and French doors which open out onto the private rear patio, and a shared courtyard and games room. Lavender Cottage is an idyllic holiday property in a superb location, perfectly placed for touring the incredible natural landscape and visitor attractions of Snowdonia, the Isle of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula.

Accommodation

All ground floor. One king size bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Spacious open plan living area with handmade pine kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Sofa bed in lounge (suitable for a child up to 13 years old only)

LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine in a communal boot/laundry room, available at a small charge, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Shared games room including pool table with adjoining area for outdoor clothes, boots etc. Cot and highchair by prior arrangement. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared bike storage. Shared front courtyard area, own rear patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: There is no pavement on the road leading to the shop.
