This delightful mid-terraced cottage is set in the traditional Welsh village of Trawsfynydd in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Offering very comfortable, traditional accommodation, this cosy cottage has a shower room, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove in a stone inglenook fireplace, perfect for curling up in the evenings. Outside is a patio and gravelled area with furniture, which enjoys distant mountain views and has a BBQ provided for summer dining. Nearby Trawsfynydd Lake is very popular for fishing, and there is excellent walking, cycling and bird-watching in the vicinity.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Living room with multi-fuel stove.

Electric radiators with multi-fuel stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi. Electricity, gas and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Ample off road parking spaces approx 30 metres from cottage. Enclosed rear patio and gravelled area with garden furniture, BBQ and distant mountain views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 20 yards. Please note: the village pub in Trawsfynydd is once again open. Food is available to eat-in or takeaway.
