This second floor apartment called Woodpecker Loft is situated on the outskirts of the village of East Anstey, close to the market town of Dulverton in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an open plan living area at this cottage with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with beams. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and shared grounds with unfenced pond and furniture. Woodpecker Loft is one of four apartments within the Knapp House estate and is an ideal holiday home for exploring the Exmoor National Park and lovely seaside villages.

All second floor (accessed by small steps, a short path and a footbridge). One king-size double bedroom with split-level en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Small entrance lobby.

Note: Bathroom is accessed via two steep steps. Note: Access by sloping path with 3 small steps and 8 shallow steps to access the footbridge to property. Note: Breakfast boxes, and organic veg and salad boxes available on request and at an additional charge. Note: Large unfenced pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times.
