Jenny Wren is a single-storey annexe in Tywardreath. The cottage has a king-size double bedroom which can be offered as a twin if required, a shower room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a sitting room with dining area and sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for one car, a private front gravelled garden area with furniture and a private rear patio garden with furniture. Please note there is no facility for charging electric cars at the property. Jenny Wren is well placed for the amenities of Tywardreath, the beach at Par, the gardens of Tregrehan and the Eden Project, and excellent coastal walking.

PLEASE NOTE: Towels are not provided. Check in 5pm. Check out 9am.

Accommodation

All ground floor. One king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request). Shower room with double shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar and TV. Sitting room with sofa bed -(linen available on request), dining area and electric fire. Please note there is no facility for charging electric cars at the property.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x TVs, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private front gravelled garden and private rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Although all ground floor, there are 4 steps into the sitting room. Note: Please bring your own towels as they are not provided. Note: Property is unable to support the charging of electric cars due to the supply to the property.
