40A High Street is a self-catering apartment location in the town of Grantown-on-Spey in the Cairngorms National Park. Set over three floors, this cottage apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two second floor zip/link king-size double bedrooms, a third floor double, as well as a third floor bathroom and a second floor shower room. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen, first floor dining room and a first floor sitting room with open fire. Outside there is shared off road parking and a shared rear lawned garden with furniture. 40A High Street is an ideal base for town amenities, as well as being close to walks, cycle routes, golf and birdwatching.

Over first, second and third floors. Three bedrooms: 2 x second floor king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x third floor double. Third floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor kitchen. First floor dining room. First floor sitting room with open fire. Shared ground floor entrance.
