Lakeside Cottage is a superb detached property close to the waters of Lake Windermere, a mile and a half from Newby Bridge. The cottage has two king-size double rooms, a twin room and a room with bunks. There is a family bathroom on the first floor, and a wet room on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with sofa bed and woodburner. The property offers wonderful views from many windows, and spacious grounds with a private hot tub, patio and furniture, as well as ample off road parking and storage for bikes and boats. Lakeside Cottage makes a wonderful base for enjoying the attractions around Lake Windermere and beyond.

Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 family room with king-size bed and 2 '3ft x 6ft' cabin beds, 1 x twin, 1 x bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with sofa bed and wood burner.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike/boat storage. Lawned garden with hot tub, patio, furniture, fire pit/BBQ. Up to 8 membership passes for the Whitewater Cascades Leisure Club including swimming pool, gym etc. inc. in rent. Spa treatments at extra cost. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub/restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage is close to open water and streams, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited. Unfortunately, due to high winds the large canopy over the hot tub has been damaged and had to be removed. The owner is sourcing a replacement and will have one in place as soon as they find one, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
