The Aylesbury Cottage is a single-storey, semi-detached cottage in the owner's grounds in Hinton near Bath and Bristol. The cottage has a double four poster bed with an en-suite shower room, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire. Outside is off road parking for one car, bike storage available on request and a front patio with furniture. The Aylesbury Cottage is well placed for walking and cycling, the cities of Bristol and Bath, stately homes and beautiful countryside.

All ground floor. One double four poster bedroom with en-suite double shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire. Shared on-site games room with full-size snooker table and table tennis.

Central thermostat controlled electric heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car. Lockable bike storage available on request. Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Bedroom accessed via two steps. Note: The four poster bed is high off the ground - steps are supplied in the bedroom if required. Note: Wifi is available in the living room via a hotspot
