Owl Barn is a wonderful, detached, stone-built barn conversion cottage, situated amongst a group of four, close to Lake Windermere in the sleepy hamlet of Heaning. The cottage offers three bedrooms, including a first floor king-size double with an en-suite shower room, two lower ground floor rooms (one double and one twin), and a lower ground floor family bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with an electric fire, and a dining area. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a shared lawned garden, and a private area with furniture. Owl Barn is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District with friends and family, all year round.Note There is a minimum of a 3 night stay, bookings must start on a Friday or Monday

Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x four poster king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x lower ground floor double, 1 x lower ground floor twins. Lower ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Shared external utility. Sitting room with electric fire and dining area.

Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front shared lawned garden with private seating area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: There is a minimum 3 night stay, bookings must start on a Friday or a Monday
