Bryn Yr Haf is a homely, detached bungalow, situated in a tranquil, isolated countryside near lampeter in Mid Wales. The cottage is set solely over the ground floor and has three bedrooms boasting views over the gardens, including a double, a twin, and a single room. There is also a family-size wet room with a bath and a separate walk-in shower. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room featuring a roaring open fire with doors leading through into a sun room. Outside, there are enclosed, lawned gardens surrounding the cottage, a patio with furniture to the front and side, the latter being covered, and off road parking for two cars. Bryn Yr Haf is a truly wonderful base for friends and families exploring the delights of Mid Wales and its stunning coastline, whatever the weather!

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (can be super king-size double on request), 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire. Conservatory.

Front patio and side covered patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 3 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are some internal and external steps. Note: Property accessed down single track lane of about 0.2 miles, care to be taken. Note: Sheep in surrounding fields, dogs to be kept on lead when outside.
