The Old Cottage is a charming, Grade II listed cottage, situated in the village of Hutton near Weston-super-Mare in South West England. The cottage can sleep four people in two super king-size double bedrooms (zip/link on request) as well as a ground floor bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is off road parking for 1 car, a courtyard with private seating at front, and shared access to an indoor area with table tennis. The Old Cottage is a charming cottage in a fabulous part of Somerset.

Two bedrooms :1 x double, 1 x twin room that can be zip linked to a super king-size double on request. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Gas central heating with underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with private seating and BBQ and access to indoor area with table tennis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2.5 miles. Please note - check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10am
