Sycamore Lodge is a detached lodge situated four miles from Rhayader in Mid Wales. The lodge sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a superb hot tub overlooking the surrounding fields. Perfect for a family break any time of year, Sycamore Lodge will live long in the memory.

Accommodation

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double with doors to decking, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric woodburner-effect stove.

Amenities

Oil underfloor central heating with electric stove and Air-to-Air Conditioning unit. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars, further roadside parking available. Lockable bike storage. Front lawned garden with decking, furniture and hot tub. Side patio with bird feeders. Universal electric vehicle charge point - charges apply, this is payable locally to the owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There are two steps up to front door, but there is ramped access to side door. Note: Water is UV filtered from a spring, which is tested annually.
