Pen-Yr-Erw is a great holiday base for large groups; a detached, spacious property two miles from Kidwelly in South Wales. The property can sleep eight people in two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a twin room and a double sofa bed in the open plan living space. There is a bathroom and a ground floor WC and the open plan living area has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. There is also a separate sitting room with a woodburner and outside, in the double garage, a games room with a pool table, which can be dined on, a darts board and a jukebox which plays CDs. There is also an enclosed patio with furniture outside and off road parking for four cars. In a great location, with wonderful facilities, Pen-Yr-Erw is the perfect base for a Welsh break.

Three bedrooms: 2 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate jet shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Sitting room with woodburning stove. External games room with pool table.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture plus enclosed lawn with swings, slide and playhouse. Two well-behaved dogs welcome in open plan living area only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Games room accessed further up driveway.
