Eusebank is a lovely, single-storey cottage set on the edge of Pooley Bridge near Ullswater in the Lake District National Park. With two bedrooms, one a double and the other a family room with 1 double and 1 single bed, this cottage can sleep five people. There's also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking plus a front lawned garden and a rear patio with furniture. Set in a superb position for enjoying this popular corner of the Lake District, Eusebank offers couples and small groups of families and friends a wonderful home-from-home.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x family room with 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, WIFI, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and rear lawned garden plus rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Two well stocked villages stores and Post Office, selling papers/magazines, fresh meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, great range of groceries, beers/wines/spirits/soft drinks, toiletries etc! Note: Although all ground floor, there is one step to the front and back door.
