Outside is off road parking, and a front deck with furniture and wonderful loch views, as well as a shared lawn. Iona is on an ideal part of the Ardnamurchan Peninsula to enjoy this area's wildlife, walking and fishing, or for exploring Fort William, Glencoe or the Isle of Mull.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric log-effect fire.
