The Cwtch is a cosy converted barn, situated next to the owners' bed and breakfast, on their working livestock farm, two miles from the village of Llanbister, near Llandrindod Wells. This village sleeps two people and has a zip/link mezzanine super king-size double, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's a decked garden with furniture and hot tub. The Cwtch is a delightful romantic retreat. One well behaved dog welcome only. Dog must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the property.

Accommodation

Mostly ground floor. One mezzanine super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request), accessed via open tread stairway. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Electric panel heaters with solar panels and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Decked garden with hot tub and furniture, plus access to farmland with unfenced ponds. Towels for hot tub not provided. 1 well behaved dog welcome only. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times outside the cottage. Sorry no smoking. Shop 9 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Cottage has private water supply. Note: Property accessed up a farm lane, may not be suitable for very low cars. Note: Due to open tread stairs and balcony, as well as three ponds on farmland, the property is suitable for babes-in-arms and children over twelve only. Note: This property sleeps two adults maximum and one infant. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi and mobile phone signals can be intermittent. Note: All dogs must be on a lead whilst outside due to this being a working farm. No dogs to be left in the property when guests are out. Towels are not provided, please bring you own
