Braeside is a detached cottage in the hamlet of Torver, two miles from Coniston in the Lake District. The cottage sleeps ten people in four bedrooms which are made up of a ground floor king-size double, a ground floor adult bunks and two second floor family rooms with one double and one single room. There are also two bathrooms, a cloakroom, a first floor kitchen, a first floor utility and a first floor sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, roadside parking for an additional two cars and a tiered garden with a decked area, furniture and a BBQ. Braeside is in an ideal, tranquil spot close to local amenities.

First floor sitting room with woodburning stove and dining area.

Lockable bike storage. Tiered garden with decked area and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: The kitchen, utility and sitting room are on the first floor.
