The West Wing is a wing of a farmhouse close to the village of Grantown-on-Spey just twelve miles from Aviemore. The cottage sleeps seven people and has one king-size double bedroom, one twin and one family room with one double and one single bed and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and seating area and separate sitting room. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawn with furniture. Situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, The West Wing is a convenient base from which to explore this wonderful part of the country.

Accommodation

Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x second floor twin, 1 x family room with 1 double and 1 single. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 6) and seating area (seats 2). Sitting room (seats 6) with electric stove-effect fire.

Amenities

Oil central heating with electric stove-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Front enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 2 miles. Note: This is a working farm with cows and horses so pets must be kept under control at all times. Check in time is 4pm. Please be advised that having your own transport is highly recommended due to the location of the property.
