Sealyons is a detached bungalow in the centre of Fairbourne. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a double, a twin and a single. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars with additional roadside parking available. There is also a lawned garden with a patio and raised decking with furniture. Sealyons is a short walk from the beach and provides fantastic accommodation for a family holiday by the sea.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room with electric fire.

Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, wine fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars with additional roadside parking available. Enclosed lawned garden with raised decking and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 4 mins walk. Note: There are 3 wooden steps down from the decked area to the garden, care to be taken and children to be supervised. Please note, property will be fogged between all guests. Please note: The pod on the garden is for the owners use only.
