Cross Fell View is a lovely mid-terrace cottage close to the village of Dufton just five miles from Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom, and one twin together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with woodburner and a conservatory with dining area. Outside there is roadside parking and patios with furniture. Cross Fell View is a lovely cottage and ideal for a relaxing break with beautiful fells on the doorstep.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with sofa bed (for flexibility only) and woodburner. Conservatory (seats 2) with dining area.

Logs for woodburner can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. There is outside plug socket for electric cars, Roadside parking in road next to cottage on first come, first served basis. Enclosed front and rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 1.3 miles.
