Dolwar is a delightful, mid-terrace character cottage set over four floors in the small village of Llan Ffestiniog near Blaenau Ffestiniog. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a double room on the first floor. There is also a second floor bathroom, a lower ground floor cloakroom, a lower ground floor kitchen with a dining area and a ground floor sitting room. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis and a lawned garden with furniture. Dolwar is an ideal base for exploring the area and is sure to delight at any time of the year.

Over four floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double, 1 x first floor double. Second floor bathroom with corner bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Lower ground floor basin and WC. Lower ground floor kitchen with dining area. Ground floor sitting room.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed up 3 steps from the pavement. Note: Set over four floors with a spiral staircase, children and pets to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Situated close to a road, associated noise may be heard. Note: Some mobile networks have limited coverage in the village although EE network provides 3G in the cottage. Note: Check-in 4pm
