Penfor is a lovely ground floor detached cottage situated in the hamlet of Church Bay just thirteen miles from Holyhead in Anglesey. The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one twin bedroom together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a snug room with sofa bed and sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking and gardens with furniture. Penfor is a delightful cottage which is a perfect base for touring this lovely island.

Accommodation

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with open fire. Snug with sofa bed.

Electric night storage heaters with electric heaters and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray/DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Private front and side gardens and rear terrace with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 4 mins walk, beach 3 mins walk. Note: The gardens and grounds are not securely fenced and back on to farmland and open countryside, dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: There are steps, drops and various levels around the gardens and grounds, please ensure care is taken and children are supervised. Note: Possibility to sleep 6 at the property with additional charges/arrangement with owner
