Rose's Cottage is a character cottage set over three floors in Santon near Santon Bridge. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a second floor twin. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with open fire, a second sitting room with electric flame-effect fire and a bathroom. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio and furniture and roadside parking for one car. Whatever your day's activities, Rose's Cottage is in a picturesque location and provides a fantastic base.

Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x second floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area and woodburning stove. Utility. Sitting room with open fire. First floor sitting room with electric flame-effect fire.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car. Bike storage in garage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: The garden is accessed across a shared cobbled passageway which can be slippery when wet. Note: The stairs are steep and there is low head height to the second floor and in the second floor bedroom. Note: There is an additional step from the kitchen to the utility and a step down into the bathroom.
