Chalet 95 is a comfortable detached chalet on a holiday village just three miles from Aberystwyth, Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one bedroom with adult bunks as well as a family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for one car and decking with furniture. Chalet 95 is an ideal base from which to explore this stunning part of the country.

Accommodation

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunk. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, fold-away dining table and sitting area with electric heaters and sofa.

Electric heaters. Electric combi microwave, hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, on-site WiFi available at additional charge. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Grassed area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: On-site facilities include free use of amusement arcade, fun fair and children's park. Other facilities available at a small charge include the on-site swimming pool, outdoor sports court, access to clubhouse with three bars and indoor children play den. Note: Double bed is accessed from one side only and access to bunk bed is narrow. Note: The holiday park does not allow the following breeds of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro or Dogo Argentino.
