2 Meadow House is a lovely ground floor apartment, set in the bustling town of Moffat in the heart of Southern Scotland and can sleep four people. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front lawned garden. There is plenty do do in the area, walk the Southern Upland Way or the Annandale Way, play Moffat?s golf course surrounded by the spectacular Southern Upland Hills or cycle on the renowned 7stanes mountain bike trails. 2 Meadow House is an ideal base for a fun-filled holiday. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with breakfast area and open fire.

Lawned garden to front with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Head height on some of the internal doors are lower than usual. Note: There are 3 steps up to the front door and a further single step up into the shower room.
Note - No washing machine in property but there is a launderette close by if needed.
Note - Property only accepts 1 dog and is not able to accommodate any more.
