Hwylfa'r Groes is a lovely 17th century detached cottage situated close to the village of Talybont just four miles from Barmouth in Gwynedd. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom and one adult bunks together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room with woodburner and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with furniture and BBQ. Hwylfa'r Groes is perfect for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Accommodation

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Garden room with dining area with woodburner. Sitting room with woodburner.

Electric gel-filled panel heaters with two woodburners. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car. Secure bike storage. Private enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ and tree swing. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Train station 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The cottage is positioned on the A496 and there may be some associated noise. Note: There are steps to patio area and care should be taken. Note: Some walls are dry stone and low in places, children and pets should be supervised. Please note: This property would like booking to ideally arrive on Fridays or Mondays, if you are thinking of arriving of a different day please call us before booking to check your booking can go ahead.
