The Barn at Waunlippa is a welcoming, cosy barn conversion near the village of Narberth in Pembrokeshire. The barn conversion can sleep two people in one king-size double bedroom. The property also contains a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub and furniture as well as shared use of grounds and seating areas around the lake. Located in stunning countryside, The Barn at Waunlippa is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.

All ground floor. One king-size double bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed and woodburning stove.

The Barn at Waunlippa is also a fantastic location to admire wildlife - The pond attracts several birds, among those, you will be able to see: Green and Great Spotted Woodpecker/ Grey Heron/ Kingfisher/ Wild Ducks/ More Hens/ Redwings/ Collared Doves/ Peacocks/ Gold Crest/ Treecreeper/ Nuthatch/ Wren/ Dipper/ Grey Wagtail/ Chaffinches/ Goldfinch/ Blue Tits/ Great Tits. Note: The owner, who is a professional chef, is able to offer private "affordable high cuisine" dining and breakfasts using locally sourced produce or homemade everyday meals and cookery classes are also available - both of these are available by prior arrangement and at additional cost.
