Ystabl is a former stable set adjacent to the owner's home in the town of Llanelli. The cottage sleeps three adult or two children and has one double bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is an enclosed, shared covered patio and use of the owner's lawned garden is available. There is also off road parking for four cars. Ystabl is a perfect base for a couple or small family looking for a cottage that is close to a varied selection of days out

All ground floor. One double bedroom with TV and Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. External shared laundry room. External shared wet room with shower and WC.

Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: This property sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: The cottage has a rainwater water harvesting system which filters the water and is used for the toilets and washing machine. The rest of the water at the property is mains supplied.
