Nestling, Broadmoor Farm is a stone-built barn conversion situated next door to the owner?s home on their traditional Dartmoor hill farm, within the Dartmoor National Park, four miles from Tavistock and can sleep two people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: Nestling is a wonderful barn conversion ideal for exploring Dartmoor.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: There are two steps down to access the property and one step up into the bedroom. Note: Road to property is county owned road and contains potholes due to being rural and low maintenance. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and the enclosed garden fence is not secure for determined dogs that attempt to escape, Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds.
