Wye Cottage is an all ground floor barn conversion, one of two holiday homes set on the grounds of the owner's home, 1.5 miles from Builth Wells. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a double and a twin room, both with an en-suite wet room, and a second twin room. There is also a third wet room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there are steps down to a patio and lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. There is also off road parking for two cars. Wye Cottage is a fantastic choice with a variety of activities available in the area.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite wet room with walk-in shower, basin, WC and grab rails, 2 x twin (one with en-suite wet room with walk-in shower, basin, WC and grab rails). Wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Shared external laundry room.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in shared external laundry room. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are 6 steps down to the patio and BBQ area, 3 steps to the hot tub and 3 steps to the lawned area. There is a level access to the patio via a side entrance.
