Pembroke Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated close to the village of Bassenthwaite just eight miles from Keswick in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms as well as family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a shared garden. Pembroke Cottage is a superb base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Accommodation

Over three floors. Two lower ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request.) Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and living area with electric fire.

Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden 50 yards from cottage. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5.7 miles. Note: As cottage is on a working farm with sheep, cows and many chickens running around, dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the property. Note: From the hallway, there are four steps down to the bedrooms and seven steps up to the first floor living area.
