Fairwater Mill Cottage is a detached barn conversion set over the ground and lower ground floors in the town of Kingsteignton, 1.8 miles from Newton Abbot. The cottage is next to a converted mill and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. These include a ground floor single with a 2'6" pull out stacker bed, and a lower ground floor double and twin room. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room on the ground floor. Outside is a patio garden and roadside parking. Fairwater Mill Cottage is a lovely cottage with a number of activities available nearby.

Lower ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over ( limited headroom if over 6ft tall ), basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 4 on stools). Sitting room.
