1 St.Mary's Lane is an end-terrace cottage in the village of Ticehurst. The cottage is a fantastic romantic retreat which sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom. There is a kitchen, a sitting room with a dining area and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden and roadside parking is available on a first come, first served basis. The village of Ticehurst is a fantastic base with a shop and pub and 1 St.Mary's Cottage will be a delight to return to at the end of your days spent exploring the area.

One king-size double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed slate chipping garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Double bed accessed from one side only. Note: Some road noise and the local church bells will be heard. Note: Due to the age of the property, there are low ceilings and doorways and the floors may not be level. Note: Steep, curved stairs, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Open access to attic, not for guests use. Note: This is a small and cosy cottage. Please note: 1 St. Marys Lane is a historic listed building.
