Cartmel Cottage is a lovely mid-terrace cottage is situated in the village of Cark just two miles from Cartmel in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one 2' 6'' twin bedroom which can be zip/linked to make a king-size double bedroom, together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside are front and rear decking areas. Cartmel Cottage is a delightful cottage and in an ideal area for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x 2' 6'' twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, George Foreman grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on other side of the river. Lockable bike storage. Front and rear decked garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property is alongside a river, children and pets to be supervised at all times. To allow for additional cleaning check in time for this property is now 5pm and check out at 9am, thank you for your understanding.
