Hillfoot is semi-detached cottage close to the village of Insh, near Kincraig in the Cairngorms National Park and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. The accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a cosy sitting room with a dining area, a spacious and modern bathroom, as well as a useful shower room. There are two bedrooms; a king-size double is on the ground floor, and a pretty twin room can be found on the first floor. A handy snug room has its own TV and a single sofa bed.
Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a large garden at the front and at the rear there is a raised garden and a patio. Hillfoot is a a lovely holiday home in a fabulous area with beautiful scenery and a plethora of activities on hand.

Mostly ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x first floor twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area (seats 2). Utility. Sitting room with dining area. Snug with TV and single sofa bed.

Enclosed raised lawned garden, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: The rear lawned garden is accessed by 9 steps. Note: There are 3 steps leading to the front door.
