1 Primitive Croft is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the village of Chelmorton just four miles from Buxton in the Peak National Park. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi together with a ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and enclosed gardens with furniture and BBQ. 1 Primitive Croft is ideal for guests wishing to explore this lovely part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and underfloor heating

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 60" plasma screen TV with FreeSat, Blu-ray/DVD player, PlayStation 3, a selection of DVDs and WiFi. Fuel, power and a starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Welcome pack inc. tea, coffee, sugar, bread, biscuits and beans. Off-road parking for two cars. Front graveled area and rear enclosed artificial turf lawn with patio, seating and barbecue. Shared use of a 3-acre grass paddock, dogs can run freely off the lead. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop within 4.3 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. NOTE: No children under the age of 4 allowed at this cottage. Note: This property will only accept 1 small well-behaved dog and no other animals, the dog is not allowed upstairs.
