Ty Coch is a spacious, three-storey detached cottage near the centre of Llanberis. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a twin and a king-size double on the first floor and a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin on the lower ground floor. There is also a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a balcony and a cloakroom on the ground floor and completing the lower ground floor is a bathroom, utility and games room. Outside is a lawned garden with a decked patio overlooking a stream and off road parking for four cars. Ty Coch is a fantastic base for families looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park.

Lower ground floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Lower ground floor utility. Sitting room has 4 leather settees that can accommodate
all guests comfortably, with gas living-flame effect fire. Lower ground floor games room with table football.

Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with decking and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The garden can be accessed from the lower ground floor or down several external steps. Note: Open tread stairs, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
