Siskin is a delightful Grade II listed, stone-built terrace cottage set in the village of Dinas Mawddwy, ten miles from Dolgellau. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one second floor twin, together with a bathroom with double-ended bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there's roadside parking and an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and a covered veranda and patio. Siskin is a charming Snowdonia base. Note: property only accepts maximum 1 well behaved dog.

Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x second floor twin. Bathroom with double-ended bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove.

Electric storage heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and solid plate hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside property. Enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and covered veranda and patio. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only, please bring own dog bed, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Due to the access and narrow spiral staircase to the twin bedroom, the property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years or for those with limited mobility. Note: Twin bedroom has sloping ceilings and restricted head height. Note: One external step down to the front door. Note: WIFI is provided from neighbouring property and may be limited.
