Longwell House is a semi-detached, character cottage is situated on the outskirts of the village of Selside near Kendal in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, a super king-size double which is zip/link and can be twin on request with en-suite bathroom and a king-size double en-suite shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and an electric stove and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is ample off road parking and a front enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Longwell House is an ideal place for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.

Two bedrooms with TV: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area and electric fire. Sitting room with woodburning stove.

Oil central heating with electric stove and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Front enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Working farm location.
