The Eaves is a second floor apartment in the village of Sandgate near Folkestone in Kent. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is limited roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and the beach is across the road. The Eaves is a fantastic beachfront apartment with stunning views for a family or group of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday. Note: No children under 14 years old.

Accommodation

All second floor. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner.

Amenities

Gas central heating with woodburner and underfloor heating in bathroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radios, WiFi, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is a residents parking scheme in operation, allowing two hours free parking and is free from 4pm to 10am. There is also free parking along the nearby esplanade which would require a 5-10 minute walk back to the property once parked. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub/restaurant 1 min walk. Beach across road. Note: Narrow opening between basin and bath. Note: One double accessed from one side only. Note: There are sloping ceilings in all rooms. Note: Due to the steep stairs leading to the apartment, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This property does not accept guests under the age of 14.
