The Annexe is a delightful cottage in the village of Ganllyd near to Dolgellau in North Wales. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor double with en-suite, a twin and a single as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a seating area, an external utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a front patio with picnic table, rear courtyard with furniture and lawned garden, shared with owner. Set in a stunning location, The Annexe is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Note: Regulations required that the twin room was fitted with a top hung Velux window and so does not have a window restrictor, therefore this room may not be suitable for young children. Note: Although this property does not accept pets, the owners who live next door do have dogs. Note: The property has a private water supply which is well maintained and regularly checked and inspected by the authorities. Note: As with all open water areas, children must be supervised and care should always be taken. Note: Wifi not suitable for business use
