Holly House is an outstanding farmhouse style property with extensive rural views and is close to the UK?s most extensive skiing and snowboarding facilities at Glenshee. The house sleeps nine people in five large comfortable bedrooms. The master double has an en-suite shower room. Plus there is a modern family bathroom with bath over shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area with a sitting room and dining area overlooking the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large enclosed garden and a shared games barn with off road parking for several cars. Located just a short drive from the local amenities of Alyth, Holly House is a perfect holiday base for nine guests to enjoy the Scottish Highlands all throughout the year.

The owner of Holly House has made us aware the new check in time will be 5pm for the foreseeable future,this is to create more time in between bookings to clean and sanitize the property. The owner has also requested that guests bring their own bed linen and towels (duvets, mattress and pillow protectors will be provided) the owner feels this is the safest route to take given the current situation.If there is any issues surrounding this request please contact us. The Games room will be available to guests on a rota basis due to being shared with Hazel Lodge

Five bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor level access wet room with shower. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Shared use of games barn with pool table and table tennis with 982620.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Max 9 adults.
