Hen Stesion is a quirky cottage situated in the village of Frongoch near Bala in North Wales. This cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, one double with en-suite, one twin and one adult bunk room. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. There is a kitchen with diner, a sitting room with redbrick fireplace and an external games room. Outside there is a garden and hot tub. There is off road parking for four cars and one well behaved pet is welcome. Hen Stesion is a delightful character property ideal for a family looking to stay somewhere a little different in a quiet, rural location but within easy reach of local amenities and activities.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC; 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner effect stove. External games room.

Oil central heating with woodburner effect stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Patio and garden with furniture and hot tub. External games room with small pool table. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Cafe half a mile at the white water rafting center. Pubs and restaurants 3 miles. River 1 min walk. Note: There is limited mobile phone signal, due to location. Note: Please ensure children are supervised at all times when using the hot tub. Note - No stag / hen or similar.
