Bron Olau is a charming semi-detached cottage in the hamlet of Rhyd y Sarn halfway between Maentrwog and Blaenau Ffestiniog in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a kitchen, sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. There is a spacious sun/boot room. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and a lawned garden with furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome and there is off road parking on a first come first served basis. Everything is within easy reach of this homely cottage Bron Olau, which can be enjoyed any time of the year.

Enclosed front patio with furniture and lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: There are four internal steps and a narrow and low doorway from the kitchen to the boot/sun room and bathroom. Note: The bedroom is open to the stairs. Note: The footpath leading to the cottage is approximately 25 yards long(please note there is a slight incline to the footpath leading to the property). Note: Whilst the garden is enclosed it is not secure, dogs must be supervised at all times as sheep are often roaming free in the woods. Note: Adults only, babes in arms welcome but not suitable for toddlers or children.
