Higher Kernick Stable is a converted stable block surrounded by stunning rural landscape. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin with the bonus of a balcony. Downstairs there is a family bathroom and also open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A steep spiral staircase joins to the first floor. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard and a grass paddock. Higher Kernick Barn is located within easy distance of Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor this is ideal for walkers, cyclists or just a family looking to explore this beautiful county.

Three bedrooms: 1 x double and 1 x twin, accessed via the spiral staircase. Downstairs alternative: 1 x king size double bedroom with en suite with walk in shower. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and additional sitting area off the entrance hall.
