Ash Cottage, sweet, detached barn conversion in the quiet village of Longdown. Four miles from the historic cathedral city of Exeter, and on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Well placed for exploring the area, this bright, welcoming cottage is within easy reach of many sandy beaches and lots of family friendly tourist attractions. On the ground floor the open plan living/kitchen/diner has a lofty full height ceiling and smart wooden floors. Sitting above, reached via a striking wooden staircase, is the first floor mezzanine. Here you'll find twin beds tucked neatly into the eaves. The master bedroom and stylish family bathroom are both situated downstairs.
Outside your own private patio garden from which to sit and watch the sun set, and on a clear days take in the spectacular views towards Exeter.

Ground Floor: Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin. First floor mezzanine: Bedroom 2 with twin beds (best suited to adults or older children due to the open stairs - no door).
